Take Me Out To The Ball Game!

36 Killer Whales, parents and coaches joined 37, 250 of their closest friends at Safeco field in Seattle to watch the Seattle Mariners beat the San Diego Padres 5-3, snapping the Padres 8 game winning streak. We saw two home runs and Ichiro steal a home run with an above the wall catch to keep the lead. This is a video of us at the game, having a great time and eating lots of junk food, including garlic fries, foot long hotdogs and cotton candy. Hope we can sleep it off well enough to swim fast tomorrow. Highlights of the day at the pool included Carter Gorjeu breaking three club records, Kyron Winkelmeyer winning the mens 100 meter breaststroke and the 12 and under girls and 15 and over boys 200 medley relay placing 4th and Aven Preston and Andrea Gilbert also placing 4th in the 100 fly and 100 back respectively.
